Overview
A configurable form builder inside Redmine. Admins design forms with sections and items, and staff complete them per project on mobile or desktop.
Every failed or commented item can become a Redmine issue automatically, so nothing found during an inspection gets lost.
Key features
- Form builder with sections and items, available to all or selected projects; forms can be duplicated.
- Per-item options: pass/fail, mandatory photo or comment, photo limits, not applicable, extra rows and instructions.
- Per-section tracker and assignee rules (current user, chosen on the form, or fixed).
- Creates issues for failed items with photos attached, or one combined report ticket.
- PDF export and emailed PDF report.
- Entry history with filters; old entries cleaned up automatically. English and French.
