Yes. Custom plugin development is my main specialty. I build purpose-built plugins with their own settings, permissions, workflows and screens, extending Redmine without unnecessary changes to its core.
My recent plugins have been delivered for Redmine 5.0, 6.0 and 6.1. I also upgrade existing plugins to newer Redmine versions, for example adding Redmine 6 compatibility.

For small projects, I first show you the finished work running in my local environment; you then release 70%, and the remaining 30% after you have tested it. Larger projects start with a 30% advance. I accept payment through PayPal and Payoneer.
